When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days within the US. Shipping times vary based on destination, but we aim to get your order to you within 5 business days after it has been processed. If you choose to upgrade to expedited shipping, you can expect your order within 2-3 business days after it has been processed.
How do I make sure I receive my delivery?
The best way to make sure that you receive your delivery is by paying close attention to your delivery status.
While we are not responsible for lost or stolen orders once they have been delivered we will review on a case by case basis.
My order says delivered but I have not received it
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, follow these steps:
1. Check with Household Members and Neighbors
- Verify if anyone else in your home or a neighbor may have received the package on your behalf.
2. Look Around the Delivery Location
- Inspect the area around your delivery location to see if the mail courier placed the package in a safe spot, such as behind a plant or under a porch.
3. Wait for the Package to Arrive
- Sometimes packages are marked as delivered up to 48 hours before they actually arrive. Give your package up to a week to turn up.
4. File a Missing Package Report
- If the package has not arrived after a week, file a missing package report with the shipping courier. This will initiate an investigation into the whereabouts of your delivery.
5. Contact Customer Support
- If you believe your order is lost or stolen, fill out the form to reach our Customer Support team. We review lost packages on a case-by-case basis.
6. Resolution Options
- If our review determines that the package was lost or stolen, we will either reship the package or provide store credit if the item is out of stock. Please note that we do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages.
7. Notify Us Promptly
- If you have a confirmed delivery but have not received the package at your specified location, notify us within 7 days to ensure timely assistance.
