Great item to use in sunny Arizona. Works as advertised and does keep you cool in the summer heat. I think this is due to the weather and heat in Arizona but it dries out fairly quick and had to keep on wetting it down appropriately every 15 min. Also, I wish there was a way to use the side panels to cover your face up with the material. Perhaps if they added a little piece of Velcro at the ends or a button and hook that would work.

I like the concept, but I was under the impression this could be worn with or without a hardhat. I also thought this is had an elastic built into it that would help it be snug against the head. My bf works in 100+ heat, but he's not a construction worker. We'll try to make it work if we can.

Store owner replied: Thanks for the review. You are correct. Polarheads can be worn with our without a hardhat. There is also an elastic band to ensure that it fits snug against your head.
